Short version: We collect your name, email, and payment details to run your account. Your conversations with Aigent are processed to generate replies and are not sold. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Who We Are

Aigent is operated by the owners of callmyaigent.com ("we," "us," "our"). We provide a personal assistant service at callmyaigent.com and thisisaigent.com. To reach us: hello@callmyaigent.com.

2. What We Collect

Account information

Payment information

If you subscribe to Pro ($19/mo) or Executive ($49/mo), your card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID in our database — not your card number, CVV, or billing address.

Chat content

Messages you send to your Aigent are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate replies. Messages are not stored on Anthropic's servers after processing under their API usage policy. We store your conversation history — both text messages and transcripts of voice notes — in our database so your assistant can remember context across sessions and so you can review your conversation history across devices.

Voice notes

If you send a voice message, the audio recording is uploaded to our secure storage (Supabase Storage, hosted in the US) and transcribed server-side using OpenAI Whisper. The audio file is kept in your account until you delete it. The transcript text is stored as part of your conversation history. Voice recordings are never shared with other users or third parties beyond the transcription service. You can delete individual messages or your entire account — and all associated audio files — at any time from Settings → Your Data.

Usage data

We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies, no personal data collected) to understand which pages are visited. We may use Sentry to record technical errors — error reports may include the URL and browser type but not message content or personal information.

Emails you receive

We send transactional emails (welcome, account notices) via Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to deliver these messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your chat content to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted providers. Each has their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, conversation history, and voice recordings for as long as your account is active. Voice recordings are kept until you choose to delete them — there is no automatic expiry. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, conversation history, and all audio files immediately. Payment records required by law (e.g. Stripe transaction records) are retained for 7 years in accordance with US financial regulations.

You can delete your conversation history or your entire account at any time from Settings → Your Data inside the app. Deletion of history and audio files is immediate and permanent.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

California residents: under CCPA, you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). To exercise any right, email hello@callmyaigent.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

callmyaigent.com uses only one first-party cookie: a Supabase authentication session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Plausible Analytics uses no cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will sign you out of the app.

8. Children

Aigent is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit, row-level security on our database, and bcrypt-hashed passwords. Payment data never touches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe. No security is perfect; if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to hello@callmyaigent.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, send a notice to the email on your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
