By creating an account or using callmyaigent.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of callmyaigent.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Aigent is a personal assistant service that uses AI to help you manage scheduling, communications, and daily tasks. The AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Aigent is a productivity tool — it does not guarantee outcomes and is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes.

The Free plan is available at no charge with usage limits. We may change the features included in the Free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. A 14-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. After the trial, $19 is charged monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to Free. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact hello@callmyaigent.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct legitimate errors.
Prices shown do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar tax required in your jurisdiction.
Your content: You own the messages and data you input into Aigent. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
AI-generated responses: Aigent's replies are AI-generated. They may contain errors or be outdated. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without independent verification.
Prohibited content: Do not use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative of minors. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Aigent name, logo, and the Service itself are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without prior written consent. The software powering the Service is proprietary.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You assume full responsibility for how you act on information provided by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) content you submit that infringes third-party rights; or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@callmyaigent.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for extended inactivity (with 30 days' notice). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
